Your Waverley Park Experience

Really lovely place to live and so close to schools, parks and local shops etc. I think speeding and traffic is the worst issue. In my experience the trouble points are the Pollokshaws Road / St Ronans junction; the Pollokshaws Road / Ravenswood Junction, and Dinmont Road / Moss-side Road junction. Speeding along Ravenswood in particular is really bad. Could there be some form of soft traffic calming at these three junctions, complemented with some form of speed calming on St Ronans, Ravenswood, Durward; and the stretch of Pollokshaws Road between those junctions? I don't think more hard engineering / traffic lights / signage clutter is the answer but there are examples of good designs. If used consistently these could reduce and slow traffic and help reinforce a sense of place - a residential place at that and not a through road
